5. Orders & Delivery Orders are delivered within Kampala, Wakiso, and surrounding areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, high demand). We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Returns & Refunds If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
