DELIVERY POLICY - THE BASICS
At Kikuubo Afro, we are committed to delivering your order safely, accurately, and on time. This policy sets out our obligations to you as a customer and explains what to expect at every stage of the delivery process — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

DELIVERY POLICY – THE DETAILS
1. Delivery Coverage We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. Whether you are in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, or Umm Al Quwain, we bring Kikuubo Afro products directly to your door.
2. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery is typically completed within 2–5 business days depending on your location within the UAE. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched, along with an estimated delivery date.
4. Delivery Charges Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery may apply to orders above a specified minimum value — please check the website for current promotions.
5. Delivery Attempts Our delivery team will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Uncollected orders after two failed attempts may be cancelled and refunded minus any delivery costs incurred.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. Delays & Service Interruptions While we make every effort to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.
8. Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Kikuubo Afro is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Perishable Products As we sell fresh and perishable foodstuff, we strongly advise that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery to ensure product freshness and quality.
